Wine Tasting
The Winery produces a range of varietal and blended wines made from eight varieties of Estate-grown grapes, using traditional wine-making processes. The wines are typically cool climate in style, the most popular being Riesling, Verdelho-Chardonnay, Chardonnay, Rose, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and our new Sparkling Red.
Chardonnay

Crisp and delicate, characterised with fragrances of lime-flower, pear and peach;
charmingly enhanced with a dry light minerality. This is a style of understated elegance.
Riesling

Intensely aromatic, this wine exhibits a richness of grapefruit, lemon and native lime fruits, lifted with subtle honeysuckle sweetness, balanced with soft mineral acidity.
Cabernet Sauvignon

Intensely coloured and richly aromatic our Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the superior black currant, mulberry and plum flavours distinctive to this variety. Subtly enhanced with oaken influences and touches of mint and chocolate, the wine features great depth and finishes with tasteful length. Cellaring potential 6-10 years.
